Chapter 115.3: Stunned!
A bolt of lightning struck the little phoenix right on the top of its head.
And the fragrance of scorched meat immediately pervaded the air.
Mu Wushuang subconsciously drew in a deep breath, and she could somehow feel the phoenix’s ferocious glare turn onto her.
Another bolt of lightning struck the little phoenix’s head.

“How cute!”

“Utter nonsense! This divine beast here is an extraordinarily valiant and magnificent beast, how can you call me cute! ?”
The little phoenix said in a huff.
“You’re actually a male phoenix! And your voice is also so cute like a little child! How adorably goofy!”
Mu Wushuang almost turned to mush. Standing there while looking so serious and speaking with such a cute little child’s voice makes it so adorable that she almost could not take it anymore!
“You… You… You… You mad woman! Other people are right about to reach here soon, let’s see what you are going to do about that!” The little phoenix said huffily, the feathers on its head quivering.
“So fast! ?”
The smile faded from Mu Wushuang’s face, and she immediately scooped up the little phoenix in her arms before swiping up the broken eggshells in one smooth action to toss them all into the dimensional space.
“Demon beasts hear my command!”
She commanded the demon beasts to flatten the cave she had been in and to erase all traces of her being there completely.
Right after that, she concealed the aura on her body, and climbed onto the Lightning Human Faced Sable Eagle to get out from there quickly.
In less than half an incense stick’s time after she left, Helian Yuan and his group arrived at the spot, their bodies covered in blood. But the blood on them were not theirs, but from the demon beasts.
But there wasn’t a single trace left on the ground, nothing for them to find.
“What are we going to do now Big Brother! ? The phoenix is already born but we still do not know if it has acknowledged its Master!”
Helian Duo was feeling angry and anxious. They had immediately made their way over here the moment the lightning of tribulation struck. But there were so many demon beasts and they had to fight relentlessly every inch of the way to come here!
Never did they think that they’ll still be a step too late.
“Search! Split up and comb the area! Kill anyone you come across!”
Helian Yuan’s gaze grew chillingly cold.
To think that someone like that was hiding right under his nose here. He had really underestimated the Nine Heavens Continent.
Gongsun Hai nodded his head quickly, and passed the order down to make everyone go search for anyone suspicious.

“You… You’re going to suffocate this divine beast here to death!”
Tightly clutched in the young lady’s arms, its head was fully buried deep against her chest, the little phoenix cried out in a muffled shout.
“Bear with it for a while. Getting out of here alive is more pertinent.”
Mu Wushuang did not relax her grip, as she was worried the phoenix would run away. It has not acknowledged her as its Master yet, so it would be a grievous loss if it managed to run away!
