Chapter 121.3: Creeping Into Bed
It was not known how long she had slept for when she felt someone who was covered in dirt and grime from his travels come into her room.
“Shuang Er.”
Long Moshen stood before her bed, and the very moment he saw the young lady, all the anger and rage inside him faded away without a trace, the look in his eyes left with only love and affection, his heart filled by the sight of that soft gentle sleeping figure.
He stretched his hand out to caress her brow and lips. It was just a few days that he had not seen her, but it felt like three autumns had passed.
“Ungh! Go away! You stink!”
Mu Wushuang swatted his grimy hand away from her disdainfully, and flipped herself over to continue her deep slumber.
Someone came into the room and she can still sleep…
The ends of Long Moshen’s lips raised up, and that faint smile made the already handsome face look absolutely stunning.
Seems like this woman of his was gradually letting her guard down towards him. She was always saying that she has not fallen in love with him, but it looks like he already had a place in her heart.
He went out of the room to take a bath, and even specially made Long Yi go fetch him some flower petals to scatter into his bathwater.
Although he did not have the stench of blood on his body, but because he did not want his Shuang Er to complain that he stank, it was alright for him to be a little vain and make himself smell nice.
Long Yi was shocked to his core as he went falteringly to someone’s back garden to pick some flower petals for the bathwater, before sneaking away stealthily.
After he was finished with his bath, Long Moshen slipped himself back into Mu Wushuang’s room with comfortable ease.
He originally wanted to just take another look at her and leave.
However, when he went inside, he saw that she had rolled herself all the way to the inside edge of the bed, her sleeping position highly awkward as she continued to snore away with the blanket clasped tightly between her legs.
“Shuang Er, are you leaving space on the bed for this Prince here?”
Clearly knowing that she was unable to hear him, Long Moshen asked the young lady with a dark glint in his eyes.
“I’ll take your silence as consent.”
Hence, a certain shameless man went on to climb onto the bed.
Long Moshen was not sleepy, and neither would he be able to sleep. Seeing the face of the young lady that was always on his mind glowing like the bright flawless moon before him, he was suddenly able to feel at peace for once.
At that moment, he wanted to just give up on everything else, seeking only to grow old with her.
The young lady’s sleeping posture was really quite uninhibited and carefree, and it wasn’t long before she suddenly rolled over and latched on to his body like a little koala.
As his body temperature was cool and soothing, the young lady seemed to enjoy snuggling deeper into his comfortable cooling body.
“Ugh.”
Long Moshen groaned in exasperation. Can’t eat what he can see, and this woman is still teasing him like that.
“Shuang Er must not continue to move around so much, or this Prince will not be able to hold myself back.”
Long Moshen’s low deep voice sounded out in a soft whisper.
But the young lady who was dreaming deeply did not hear a single word he said.
Long Moshen had no other choice but to hold her down fully in a tight embrace to stop her from moving for a while.
