Chapter 14.1: Spend Money As You Please

“This is where our lady cousin usually sits, and as you’re a guest, you should sit in the guest seat!” The servant maid said in an aggressive tone.

“Guards.” Long Moshen suddenly shouted coldly, his handsome face frosty.

The servant maid assumed that the Prince Regent was going to punish Mu Wushuang and her face lit up with glee.

In the servant maid’s mind, Mu Wushuang was fat and ugly looking, so she really did not know why the Prince had brought the girl back here for. But the girl did not seem to realize how ugly looking she was, and still dared to create such a ruckus here in the Prince Regent’s palace by sitting at the lady cousin’s seat! Does she not realize that that position is reserved for the lady of the house? Fortunately the Prince Regent is taking the lady cousin’s side.

“Feed the dogs.” Long Moshen commanded in an icy voice.

The look on the maid’s face looked even more pleased.

Even the lady cousin standing at the side could not help but have her soft and delicate eyes become tinted with a hint of joy. Thinking that she really had a place in the Prince Regent’s heart, and he was even going to feed the Hou Manor’s Young Miss to the dogs.

However, Mu Wushuang curled her lips up in a smile. If the Imperial Uncle had wanted to be rid of her, would he need to wait till now?

Even she was able to tell that the Imperial Uncle was in a foul mood, and this clueless servant maid had just pushed herself right against the spear’s head, unable to read the situation before shooting her mouth off.

“Yes! Your Highness!” Two guards quickly came inside, and held down the servant maid, their movement swift and sure.

The smile on the servant maid’s face froze, as shock filled her eyes, unable to believe that the Prince Regent was going to feed her to the dogs. Wasn’t it supposed to be Mu Wushuang? What had she done wrong?

“Lady cousin! Save me!” The servant maid screamed.

Liu Jiao Jiao’s face went pale, not daring to say a single word.

Very soon, the sound of ferocious dogs barking and growling rang out outside, accompanied by the pitiful cries of the servant maid.

Liu Jiaojiao quickly sat down on one side, her face deathly pale, having no intention of waiting for Mu Wushuang to give up her seat anymore. She kept her head lowered and did not say a word, the look in her eyes reflecting the highly twisted emotions inside, her fingernails digging deep into her flesh.

Because of such a ugly girl like Mu Wushuang, the Prince Regent actually dealt out capital punishment onto the personal maid that had served her for so many years!

The corners of Mu Wushuang’s lips lifted up slightly. With the accompaniment of the pitiful cries, she found the rice she was eating so much more fragrant.

She admits that she is quite a psycho, but compared to the Imperial Uncle who takes a person’s life at the slightest disagreement, she was nothing but just some small fry.

Disregarding the lady cousin’s pale face that was contorted with shock, Mu Wushuang finished her meal with great relish.

Mu Yuheng found himself unable to taste anything in that meal, his gaze endlessly shifting between his own dear sister and Long Moshen, his brows tightly furrowed.
