Chapter 18.2: Handsome Twins
Once Sang Lan left, she immediately felt sleepy, and she covered her mouth to let out a long yawn.
That’s strange. She was not a person who would feel so sleepy in the day. Maybe it is this newfound body that is making her feel like this.
Mu Wushuang fell asleep the moment she lay herself down on the bed, like a person who had not shut her eyes for several nights and days. But after falling asleep, her body was sucked in by something and by the time she was able to react, the drowsiness had disappeared 画风跑偏completely. She was standing upon a lush green grassy plain, and there was a dilapidated thatched cottage in front of her.
What the hell?
“Mistress!”
“Mistress! You’ve come!”
The sound of two young voices cheering rang beside her ears and she then saw two birds with long fiery red tails transforming into their human forms, to come stand in front of her.
Mu Wushuang’s eyes lit up.
These two young youths were really perfect specimens of eye candy, highly pleasing to the eye and a joy to look at!
The two of them were exactly identical, the only exception was that one carried a plum blossom mark between his brows and the other the mark of flames.
They both had identically smooth skin that was white as snow, their facial features mesmerizing to look at, with a pair of alluringly captivating eyes that had irises jet black like a baby deer calf’s, high bridged noses, and lips that were pink like peaches.
Their long fiery red hair spread thickly down from the back of their heads, their clothes hanging loosely from their bodies, which gave them a rather wild and uninhibited air. This mix of pure innocence and their wild untamed nature added a rather exceptional kind of beauty to the two youths.
“Mistress, you’ve finally come. Little Vermillion has waited so long for you!” The youth with the flame mark on his forehead said, his attractive eyes blinking innocently.
“Mistress, this is Little Bird. Are you feeling tired? Let Little Bird help you massage your shoulders.” The youth with the plum blossom mark leaned in close to say.
“No need no need.” Mu Wushuang said as she held a hand up, suddenly feeling that the behaviour of the two suave looking youths were contrary to the way they looked, acting like two hyper huskies competing for her attention.
Little Vermillion and Little Bird. Join them together and you get Vermillion Bird. Mu Wushuang suddenly remembered the Vermillion Bird jade bracelet she was holding in her hand when she died in her previous life. Subconsciously, she lifted her wrist up and came to notice the clear and translucent jade bracelet hanging around it.
“What is going on?” She asked in bewilderment.
“Let me tell! Let me tell!”
“I’ll tell Mistress all about it!”
Mu Wushuang massaged her forehead. They’re even fighting over this? She had no choice but to just point to one of the youths and said: “You speak.”
Little Bird raised up an eyebrow to look at Little Vermillion triumphantly, and then turned to Mu Wushuang to say: “Mistress, this is a dimension within the Vermillion Bird jade bracelet. Little Vermillion and I are artifact spirits in this dimensional space, born many millions of years ago. It has already been several hundred thousand years since the time our last Master fell, and we have lain in a deep sleep all this time, until your blood woke us up.”
“Dimensional space? And there is only this?” Mu Wushuang could not find any other words to express herself as she pointed at the highly run down and broken thatched house before her eyes.
