Chapter 31.2: That’s Not the Right Script Imperial Uncle!
The Imperial Uncle’s icy gaze suddenly swung around towards her.
“Cough!”
Mu Wushaung cleared her throat lightly. Having seen enough of that ridiculous farce, she stood up. Seeing that the Imperial Uncle allowed her to spend his money, she thought that it’s time that she lent him a hand.
She tossed the melon seeds out of her hands and then picked up a tangerine. Hefting it in her hand, her clear melodious voice rang out teasingly.
“This trio here consisting of the Mistress and her servants are really such an interesting bunch. The show that the three of you are putting on right now is really so much more enjoyable than the stage plays done by professional actors! You think that I should go get people to set up a grand stage for the three of you one of these days?”
Little Sister Wushuang, what do you mean by that? Don’t tell me you are jealous of me?” Liu Jiaojiao said indignantly, her eyes filled with triumphant glee.
The two serving maids quickly stood up in front of Mu Wushuang to block her way and they said to the girl: “What audacity! How dare you speak to the future lady of the house in such a manner! ?”
“Long Yi, come here! Give these two disrespectful maids a hundred tight slaps each now!” Mu Wushuang hollered.
Hidden like a dark shadow within the darkness, Long Yi appeared before everyone, his face covered by a black mask, a murderous aura emanating from his entire person, a highly bloodthirsty entity.
Even Feng Yun had subconsciously taken a step back when he saw the man appear. He had wanted to speak up for Liu Jiaojiao, but those words were quickly swallowed back down his throat.
Mu Wushuang had not thought that the Imperial Uncle would actually assign someone like this to her. One could tell with just one glance that this man would be a highly capable aide to anyone.
“You dare! ?” The serving maid Ding Xiang raised her chin up in challenge, her demeanor aggressive.
“Why would I not dare to?” Mu Wushuang delivered a hard resounding slap, brutally sending the girl flying.
Her gaze then swept over Liu Jiaojiao and the other serving maid and she said in an unyielding voice: “Firstly, both of you better know this clearly. There is only one person who is the future lady of this house, and that person is not you, Liu Jiaojiao, but me, Mu Wushuang!”
It did not matter whether she is willing to become the lady of this house, but it will definitely not be this hopping clown here, Liu Jiaojiao.
“Impossible!” Liu Jiaojiao screamed out, her voice shrill and sharp, filled with strength and vigor, and sounding nothing like the voice of someone who had just fainted and vomited out blood.
Mu Wushuang’s lips curved up in a smile as she turned around to hold Long Moshen’s hand, her fingers slipping nimbly in between the man’s one by one, in a loving and affectionate grasp.
She then raised her hand up to wave it before her, and said tauntingly: “I am the one holding the Imperial Uncle’s hand here, and you Liu Jiaojiao, are nobody to me.”
Long Moshen lowered his head to look down at their tightly clasped hands. A strange look flashed within his eyes, and he tightened his grip to be the one holding her hand instead.
It seems like though the mouth of this little Princess Consort of his is saying that she does not want to marry him, her actions are telling an entirely different story.
Liu Jiaojiao shook her head vigorously, her eyes staring fixedly at the pair of hands tightly clasped together, hoping against hope that Long Moshen would flick off Mu Wushuang’s filthy hand, but that did not happen.
