Chapter 47.1: This Heavy Hammer Suits The Young Master

 

“This jade pendant isn’t worth any money and would be a disgrace against the Young Master’s godlike handsome looks. But this large heavy hammer here seems rather good, steady and solid, which would suit the Young Master very well.”

Mu Wushuang said with an appraising gaze as she pointed at a large inky black heavy hammer placed standing behind the counter.

She continued to look and that heavy hammer was the only high level weapon, its price fixed at six hundred thousand gold taels, which was just right. After spending this amount of money, she would be penniless again.

Song Yiyang rubbed his chin and looked at the heavy hammer with a serious look on his face, pacing in contemplation a couple of rounds beside the hefty weapon, his gaze thoughtful.

Just as Mu Wushuang thought that he was going to refuse it, he suddenly nodded his head and said: “Hmm, this heavy hammer does suit this Young Master here very well, and would complement my handsome good looks. Let me offer my thanks to Miss Wushuang then!”

Having just strolled over after the auction concluded, when the sisters Mu Ningxue and Mu Ningwei heard those words from the Crown Prince, their legs suddenly stumbled, almost causing them to fall on their face.

That heavy hammer was almost half a man’s height, and it looked rather ordinary and dull, obviously a weapon favoured by a burly muscular beefcake. The Crown Prince was such an elegantly slender and handsome man, so how could such a brutish weapon suit him at all! ?

Mu Wushuang was clearly trying to poke fun at him and he could not tell?

Mu Ningwei went walking towards them, about to give Mu Wushuang a tongue lashing for being so disrespectful and condescending. At that moment, Xu Yuan stepped forward and exclaimed happily in a loud voice.

“Little Wei!”

“Xu Yuan, what are you doing here! ?” Mu Ningwei put on a look of feigned surprise, a happy smile on her face.

Xu Yuan replied in a tender voice: “I had to accompany Yiyang to go attend an auction, so I haven’t had time to go look for you at your place.”

“Oh I see. It’s alright, as you must be attending to important business. But you must come look for me after you’ve finished, and I’ll bring you and the Cr…… And Young Master Song for a tour around the Imperial Capital.”

Mu Ningwei realized that the Crown Prince did not want his identity to be exposed, when she caught the look of warning that the Crown Prince was giving her, and she quickly corrected herself.

But she was feeling rather happy about that in her heart. Seeing that the Crown Prince did not want his identity to be revealed, that also meant that Mu Wushuang was not even qualified to know who he was.

“Since it’s your first time coming here to the Imperial Capital, you wouldn’t know where the fun places are, so let Weiwei bring you two to have a look around.”

Mu Ningxue then walked over to them at that apt moment. She was clad in a highly tight fitting dress, and she had purposely removed her cape to be draped over her arm, her every step sexy and seductive as she sashayed slowly, fully showing off her perfectly svelte figure.
