Chapter 84.3: Purging the Poison for the Imperial Uncle
In the beginning, she was still a little distracted by the beauty of his hand but slowly, the look on her face began to turn more serious, her brow knitting tightly together.
“Imperial Uncle, there has got to be more than twenty kinds of poison in your body. Isn’t that right?”
Mu Wushuang asked the man with a grave expression on her face.
Long Moshen nodded his head indifferently, and then retracted his hand from her. His voice was nonchalant as he said: “A total of twenty one kinds of lethal poisons.”
Even the little green dragon was taken aback for a moment. It must be because of the torment from all those poison over so many years that caused his Master’s personality and temperament to change so much.
In such large extended families, unscrupulous and despicable methods are always common to see, and the most vicious poison among them all was one that his Master had inherited from when he was in his mother’s womb, which laid dormant in his body and surfaced only after eighteen years, and it very nearly took his life.
In the span of that eighteen years before that, his Master was also poisoned with many other strange and different kinds of poison, where most of them were virtually unheard of by people before. Even the Master’s parents who were as powerful as his Master now were helpless with all those poison.
And now, the poison had become more deeply entrenched.
“There a few kinds of poison that I have never seen before, but I am confident of clearing off more than ten types of poison currently deeply entrenched in your body.” Mu Wushuang said to him.
That statement struck like a bolt onto flat ground. The little green dragon could no longer be bothered to hide itself and popped out from the air and asked in a highly excited voice.
“Is what you’ve just said really true? Can you really help Master get rid of more than ten kinds of poison from his body?”
Mu Wushuang was surprised that the little dragon would reveal itself, and realized that it was eavesdropping on the conversation she was having with the Imperial Uncle!
But she wasn’t really in the mood to taunt and tease the little beast at that moment and she merely nodded before she replied: “Of course it’s true. I will not joke about something like the Imperial Uncle’s health and wellbeing.”
As she spoke, Mu Wushuang pulled out a small jade bottle from her sleeve. She poured out three antitoxin pills that she had taken earlier today and presented them to the Imperial Uncle before she said.
“It just happens that these antitoxin pills I cultivated can help the Imperial Uncle get rid of two kinds of poison in your body. Just take them for now.”
They were afterall just grade two antidote elixirs, so they would only be able to purge two types of the poison.
But the little green dragon was stunned. It must be known just how enormous and vast the Master’s family clan was. They had expended endless resources to search for an antidote, all of which ended up in failure. And this young woman here had just nonchalantly pulled a few elixirs out from nowhere, proudly claiming that it would help the Master get rid of two types of poison just like that! ?
The numerous kinds of poison had tormented its Master for decades, and had long taken root in his body. How could they possibly be purged that easily?
There was no way it would believe those words, and the young woman was definitely lying.
But his Master likes the young woman so it could not really say anything bad about her, so it could only hope that his Master would not carelessly eat the elixirs and make his body’s health take a turn for the worse.
Who would have known that his Master did not even give the little green dragon a single glance and just went ahead to pop those three elixirs straight into his mouth!
The little green dragon was frantic and it glared at Mu Wushuang, its eyes filled with enmity. If anything is to happen to the Master, it would definitely teach that young woman a good lesson!
